Play now!<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Speaking to <a class=\"null\" href=\"https:\/\/www.npr.org\/sections\/thetwo-way\/2010\/11\/11\/131252413\/wheel-of-fortune-contestant-s-miracle-solve-how-d-she-do-it\" data-component=\"link\" data-source=\"inlineLink\" data-type=\"externalLink\" data-ordinal=\"1\" rel=\"null\">NPR<\/a> shortly after the moment first went viral, Burke shared that she was a <em>Wheel of Fortune<\/em> junkie, and was able to solve the puzzle so easily because she broke the word into \u201cchunks,\u201d and knew that (due to the apostrophe) the first word had to be either \u201cI\u2019ve\u201d or \u201cI\u2019ll.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Burke walked away with more than $50,000 in cash and prizes that day.<\/p>\n<p>Sajak, 79, left the show in 2024, addressing the audience with a <a class=\"null\" href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=Ad4uzMbVoh0\" data-component=\"link\" data-source=\"inlineLink\" data-type=\"externalLink\" data-ordinal=\"1\" rel=\"null noopener\">heartfelt speech<\/a> that June, in which he said, \u201cWell, the time has come to say goodbye. I have a few thanks and acknowledgements before I go.
