The new addition joins big brothers <a href=\"https:\/\/people.com\/royals\/princess-eugenie-welcomes-first-child-jack-brooksbank\/\" data-component=\"link\" data-source=\"inlineLink\" data-type=\"internalLink\" data-ordinal=\"2\">August<\/a>, 5, and <a href=\"https:\/\/people.com\/princess-eugenie-jack-brooksbank-welcome-second-baby-7503370\" data-component=\"link\" data-source=\"inlineLink\" data-type=\"internalLink\" data-ordinal=\"3\">Ernest<\/a>, 3.<\/p>\n<p>The couple did not immediately share the name of their daughter, but it\u2019s not expected that the baby will be styled as a princess like her mother.<\/p>\n<p>Princess Eugenie, 36, received her princess title and Her Royal Highness (HRH) styling at birth because she is the daughter of the former <a href=\"https:\/\/people.com\/tag\/prince-andrew\/\" data-component=\"link\" data-source=\"inlineLink\" data-type=\"internalLink\" data-ordinal=\"1\">Prince Andrew<\/a>, the son of the late Queen Elizabeth. Eugenie\u2019s sons are styled as \u201cMaster\u00a0August\u00a0Brooksbank\u201d and \u201cMaster Ernest Brooksbank,\u201d and her baby girl will likely be referred to as \u201cMiss\u201d with her first and last name. Similarly, the daughters of Princess Eugenie\u2019s older sister, <a href=\"https:\/\/people.com\/tag\/princess-beatrice\/\" data-component=\"link\" data-source=\"inlineLink\" data-type=\"internalLink\" data-ordinal=\"1\">Princess Beatrice<\/a>, are styled as \u201cMiss Sienna Mapelli Mozzi\u201d and \u201cMiss Athena Mapelli Mozzi,\u201d using their father\u2019s surname.<\/p>\n<p>Princess Eugenie is not a working member of the royal family and has a private career, and she <a href=\"https:\/\/people.com\/royals\/princess-eugenie-royal-wedding-jack-brooksbank-no-royal-titles\/\" data-component=\"link\" data-source=\"inlineLink\" data-type=\"internalLink\" data-ordinal=\"1\">did not receive any new titles<\/a> when she married Jack in 2018. Jack is simply known as \u201cMr. Brooksbank,\u201d while Eugenie has <a href=\"https:\/\/people.com\/royals\/princess-eugenie-uses-husbands-last-name-jack-brooksbank\/\" data-component=\"link\" data-source=\"inlineLink\" data-type=\"internalLink\" data-ordinal=\"2\">stylized her name<\/a> as \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/people.com\/tag\/princess-eugenie\/\" data-component=\"link\" data-source=\"inlineLink\" data-type=\"internalLink\" data-ordinal=\"3\">Princess Eugenie<\/a>, Mrs. Jack Brooksbank\u201d since the nuptials.<\/p>\n<p>Despite not having royal titles, Princess Eugenie\u2019s three children are all in the <a href=\"https:\/\/people.com\/british-royal-family-line-of-succession-11920049\" data-component=\"link\" data-source=\"inlineLink\" data-type=\"internalLink\" data-ordinal=\"1\">line of succession to the throne<\/a>. Princess Eugenie is currently in the 12th spot in the line of succession, followed by her three children in order of their birth, making her daughter <a href=\"https:\/\/people.com\/how-princess-eugenies-baby-girl-alters-line-of-succession-throne-12034524\" data-component=\"link\" data-source=\"inlineLink\" data-type=\"internalLink\" data-ordinal=\"2\">15th in the line of succession<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Although the former Prince Andrew was second in line to the throne upon his birth, he has moved down to the eighth spot after King Charles had children and grandchildren. The King stripped his younger brother of his royal honors and titles last year amid renewed scrutiny over his ties to convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein. (Andrew has repeatedly denied any wrongdoing in connection with Epstein.)<\/p>\n<p>Andrew, now known as Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, remains in the line of succession, and his daughters, Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie, were not affected by the change.<\/p>\n<p>Princess Eugenie welcomed her third child on Aug. 3, and the British royal family\u2019s social media pages announced the news the following day, sharing a new photo of the baby wearing a pink onesie and a hat.<\/p>\n<p>The official announcement said, \u201cHer Royal Highness Princess Eugenie and Mr. Jack Brooksbank are delighted to announce the safe arrival of their daughter, born on Monday, 3rd August 2026, at 6:20 pm, at a hospital in Lisbon, Portugal.
