Palvin wore a light blue dress which featured cap sleeves and a feather skirt. She posed with her hand under her belly, accentuating her baby bump.<\/p>\n<p>Sprouse could be seen next to his wife, wearing a tuxedo and placing one arm around Palvin.<\/p>\n<p>The couple met at a party in 2017, and the former Disney Channel star and Victoria\u2019s Secret Angel began dating in June 2018. She said that she was \u201cadvised to seek out an <a href=\"https:\/\/people.com\/endometriosis-undiagnosed-life-was-medical-mystery-2-years-exclusive-11698228\" data-component=\"link\" data-source=\"inlineLink\" data-type=\"internalLink\" data-ordinal=\"3\">endometriosis specialist<\/a>.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019ve been going to checkups [with] my gynecologist every year.
