Anderson<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/people.com\/the-bachelor-joey-graziadei-everything-to-know-7734903\" data-component=\"link\" data-source=\"inlineLink\" data-type=\"internalLink\" data-ordinal=\"2\">Joey Graziadei<\/a> are in the thick of wedding planning \u2014 and she\u2019s is sharing the sweet way her fianc\u00e9 is supporting her.<\/p>\n<p>The couple, who met and got engaged during season 28 finale of <em>The Bachelor<\/em>, is less than a year away from the day they say \u201cI do.\u201d As they go through all the nitty-gritty details of picking photographers, tasting food and finding a band, Kelsey, 28, and Joey, 31, have been able to rely on Minted to help create their Save the Dates.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe definitely had a vision from the start,\u201d the two tell PEOPLE. \u201cWe knew we wanted out Save the Date to feature one of our engagement photos, so finding a design that complemented it was really important.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Never miss a story \u2014 that felt like us and were able to personalize it with details like our favorite color \u2014 green \u2014 and one of our favorite photos together.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>As they get closer to their big day, the couple says they\u2019ve tapped a wedding planner to help support them through some of the bigger decisions.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe\u2019ve been incredibly fortunate to have a wedding planner who has made the entire process feel so much more manageable,\u201d they share. \u201cThe biggest challenge so far has been deciding on a location since we have moved, and our family and friends are spread out all over the country.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe easiest decision was probably our color palette,\u201d they explain. \u201cWe\u2019re both pretty easygoing, and most decisions have come together naturally. Kelsey shares that after Joey proposed again, he planned a surprise engagement party \u2014 which came with a surprise wedding dress appointment.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cJoey actually organized it all after surprising me with a second proposal. After the re-engagement, he told me he had also planned an engagement party for us two weeks later, with all of our friends coming into town to celebrate,\u201d says Kelsey.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAs if that wasn\u2019t thoughtful enough, he also coordinated with one of my friends to set up a dress appointment at LOHO Bride so my sister and closest friends could be there for the experience,\u201d she shares.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBeing able to share that moment with some of my favorite people meant so much to me, and I\u2019d say it\u2019s up there on the list for one of the most thoughtful things Joey has done for me.
